Addictive sauna and swimming experiences in Seinäjoki

Lakeuden avantouimarit ry offers year-round sauna and swimming experiences in the pleasant surroundings of Tanelinlampi, located five kilometers from the center of Seinäjoki.

Visitors have access to two saunas: a traditional wood-heated sauna and an electric sauna. After enjoying the heat, the experience is fulfilled by a swim in the pond’s clear and clean water.

In winter, the site provides an excellent setting for ice swimming. Glazed terraces offer protection from the wind and snow, while a heated walkway leading from the sauna to the ice hole ensures safety by keeping the path ice-free. In summer, our saunas serve as an urban oasis, offering an authentic Finnish sauna experience combined with swimming. A barbecue grill is available for visitors, and showers are provided for all customers.

During the main season from September to April, we are open Monday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In the summer months of May, June, and August, we are open Monday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In July, we are open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
