Art Centre Harri
Art Centre Harri is a museum and exhibition venue owned by the city of Alavus, where art exhibitions, small concerts and cultural events are held in the summer. Permanent exhibitions are open by appointment throughout the year.

The collection of Arabia milk jugs
Arabia is one of the most famous design brands of Finland. The collection of Arabia milk jugs owned by the city of Alavus introduces several Finnish design eras. The collection includes 1250 milk jugs and was assembled by a local collector Kauko Välimäki.
Matti Annala wall
The Annala wall displays paintings and sketches by local artist Matti Annala (1898-1958) from the collections of the city of Alavus. Annala’s most famous works are expressive portraits and altarpieces.
Toivo Kuula room
Toivo Kuula (1883-1918) was one of the most famous Finnish composers. The room displays his sheet music, photographs and personal items. Kuula was born in Alavus and composed more than 200 works during his lifetime.
The heritage room of the war veterans of Alavus
The heritage room sheds light on Finnish military history, especially from the perspective of the people of Alavus. The exhibition includes photographs, authentic weapons, uniforms, medals and Lotta Svärd items.
